Personal data policy

This policy explains what data the Domus Regia website collects and how we use it. We process personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data".

What we collect

• the name, phone number and email you enter in a request;
• company name, number of rooms and project timeline for B2B requests;
• a delivery address if you order a sample;
• technical data: the page a request was sent from, campaign tags and device type.

Why

• to reply to your request, prepare a quote, deliver samples or book your visit;
• to run your project in the client account;
• to improve the website using anonymised statistics.

Storage and sharing

Data is stored on servers accessible only to Domus Regia staff who handle requests. We do not sell data and share it with third parties only to fulfil your order (for example, a delivery service) or when required by law. We keep data for the duration of our cooperation and three years after it ends.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it or ask us to delete it using the form on the Contacts page. You can withdraw consent to processing at any time.

The site uses cookies for the selection basket, account sign-in and anonymised analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features may then stop working properly.
